Larkin Fitness offer two different levels of packages and pricing in order to fit your budget and goals.  If you don't feel that any of these packages will meet your needs, please contact me and we can discuss a custom option!

Option 1: On-Line “Starter Package”

This plan encompasses everything from your dynamic warm-up to your custom designed 4 week periodized training program.  This program starts with a Functional movement screen, then a thorough health and exercise history, followed by goal setting which will help us prioritize your training program for optimal results. 

This program is for the client that is motivated enough on their own to get into the gym on a regular basis, but needs that direction to get the results they have been striving for. 

The On-Line training plan is also ideal for clients that have "hit that wall", and want to break through that plateau and start enjoying exercise again.

This plan includes everything the “Starter” package offers PLUS nutritional analysis and guidance, which is probably the #1 component of your transformation.  You will also receive bi-weekly phone or Skype sessions to answer any questions you may have, critique form on exercises, and offer suggestions to keep your program dynamic.  

This program is for the client that wants or needs “next level” result.  This is the closest option to live 1-on-1 personal training.

Option 3: Live “Coaching and Program Design”

Compare the numbers: On-line training is the most affordable training option available.  1-on-1 personal trainers charge anywhere from $60 - $150 per hour depending on location and experience.  At 3 sessions per week that is a BARE MINIMUM of $600 per month!!!  Online personal training will only cost you an investment of $97 per month!
